Transcript Requests

Autauga Virtual Academy uses Parchment, an electronic transcript system, for all transcript processing. To request a transcript, click here

How to Request: 

All requests must be submitted through Parchment, with the exception of the following:

  • Transferring to another high school: the transfer school must send Autauga County Schools a written request for official transcripts.
  • Scholarship applications for current students: a request must be submitted with information regarding the scholarship.

Educational Verifications - All third party vendors can create an account through Parchment to request information regarding former students. 

Official transcripts must be sent directly to a school or employer from AVA, and will not be given to students. These requests may be ordered and sent electronically or by mail through the student's Parchment account. Unofficial transcripts can be viewed on the student's Parchment account.
