Prattville Cultural Arts Work in Progress Days
Join the Creative Arts Center for monthly Work in Progress Day on the first Wednesdays of each month for students in grades K-12 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Bring any WIP and get to know fellow youth artists in the area. These events are open to all mediums and skill levels. Learn more >>
Family Support Center's Job Readiness Class
Get paid to learn as a part of the Family Support Center's two-week Job Readiness Class. Beginning on March 16, participants will build resumes, complete applications, mock interview, learn employability skills, and earn WorkKeys, Alabama Certified Employee, and Mobilizing Alabama Pathways Certifications. Classes meet Monday-Thursday from March 16 through 26 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with lunch provided. Participants must be the parent of a child 18 years of age or younger. Gathering of Eagles STEM Scholarship Opportunities
STEM scholarship applications are now available for Red Tail Flight Academy (ages 9-18), Space Camp (ages 9-18), and JROTC & Civil Air Patrol (ages 12-18). The Gathering of Eagles Foundation is a private, non-profit, public charity 501(c)(3) organization that seeks to honor space and aviation heritage, and engages in outreach in the local community and provides scholarships to youth interested in science, technology, engineering, aviation, and mathematics. Red Tail Flight Academy Discovery Program
Students will experience the thrill of flight with a Certified Flight Instructor at Moton Field, the National Historic Site of the Tuskegee Airmen. The 30-minute discovery flight will offer instruction, the opportunity to fly the plane, and tour the historic airfield. Learn more >>

JROTC/CAP Summer Camp Scholarship Program
Are you a JROTC or Civil Air Patrol (CAP) member at your local middle or high school? Do you need some extra cash to pay for summer camps, or events? If so, please apply for this program and explain why. The spring application deadline is January 31, 2026. The summer application deadline is March 31, 2026.
